At Zulily, we aim to offer the best value on unique finds, which is why we accept returns on most items within 30 days of shipment. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Visit your 'Order History' to see if your items are eligible for return and ensure they are in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
Initiate Return Request
Select the 'Return Items' button next to your order to generate a prepaid shipping label and select your preferred refund method.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the printed Zulily return label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed, typically within 5-7 business days.
